PDF Merger – Combine Multiple PDFs

Merge up to 10 PDF files into one document. Each file max 20MB. No sign-up required.

We combine 2 to 10 PDFs into one document in the order you upload. Each file max 20MB. Your files are deleted after download.

How PDF Merge works

Upload between 2 and 10 PDF files (each up to 20MB) in the order you want them in the final document. Click merge and we combine them into a single PDF on our servers. The merged file is ready to download; your originals are not stored and are deleted after processing. Page order and quality are preserved so you get one continuous document from multiple sources.

When should you use PDF Merge?

  • When you need to combine invoices, reports, or chapters into one file
  • When you have scanned pages or multiple PDFs to join in order
  • When you want one document for sharing or archiving
  • When merging contract appendices, forms, or presentations
  • When consolidating drafts or feedback into a single PDF

Supported formats

Input formats: PDF only. Between 2 and 10 files, each max 20MB. Upload order = page order in the result.
Output formats: Single PDF containing all pages in the chosen order.

Common problems & fixes

  • Merge fails or times out: Ensure each file is under 20MB and you have 2–10 files. Try again with fewer or smaller PDFs.
  • Wrong page order in result: The order you upload is the order in the merged PDF. Re-upload in the correct sequence.
  • Some pages missing or corrupted: Use PDFs that open correctly in a reader. Password-protected or damaged files may not merge properly.
